Just want to check out some awesome tips, or great music? We got you

    • Where are you located?
95 King St E, Hamilton (under Mills Hardware).

    • Where can I park?

Street parking is available on Catherine St and King William. There are also lots located directly behind the studio on King William.

    • Do I need to own a drum kit to take lessons?
Nope! We have everything you need in the studio. If you want to practice at home, we can guide you on affordable starter options before making a big purchase.

    • What should I bring to my first lesson?
A blank notebook is great, but just yourself will do! If you have your own drumsticks, feel free to bring them, but we have plenty available if needed.

    • How are lessons booked?
We book on a monthly basis to ensure consistency. Students reserve a set weekly /bi weekly time slot, and payment is made in advance for the month.

    • Can we do a One-Off?
Heck yeah! From folks with crazy schedules to those that just want to try, we can find a spot for you!

    • How much do lessons cost?
      $35 for 30-minute lessons, $65 for one-hour lessons.

    • How do I pay?
We accept e-transfers to hamilton.drum.lessons@gmail.com. Invoices are sent before the start of each month.

    • What if I need to cancel a lesson?
We require at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule a lesson. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) cannot be credited or rescheduled, as that time was already reserved for you.

    • What happens if I miss a lesson without notice?
No-shows are charged at the full lesson rate.

    • What if my instructor cancels?
If we ever need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a reschedule/ “make-up” lesson.

    • Why does it work this way?
Your instructors schedule their time and income around booked lessons. If a student cancels last minute or doesn’t show up, the instructor is still there, unable to fill that time with another student or use it for something else. That’s why we require notice, so that our instructors can plan accordingly and be fairly compensated for their time.
